All prices on raklevgames.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Prices do not include any payment fees, shipping costs, packaging fees, or freight costs.

Raklev Games offers both digital and physical products.
Digital products (print-yourself):
Delivered immediately after successful payment via download or email.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available.
Physical products:
Delivered by shipping (typically 1–10 business days).
Track & trace may be available.
Raklev Games is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Digital products:
By purchasing digital products, the customer consents to delivery starting immediately.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal is waived upon download/access in accordance with the Danish Consumer Agreements Act §18(2) no. 13.
Physical products:
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt.
The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
The customer covers return shipping.
A 24-month complaint period applies under Danish sale of goods rules.
The complaint right does not cover issues caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear.

Raklev Games accepts payment via approved payment solutions.
Payment is completed via an external payment provider. Raklev Games does not store payment details.
In the payment window you may need to provide:
